At Rippy Works LLC we understand not all basements are created equally. We take the time to view your project in-person and cater your itemized estimate to your personal space. Our typical pricing for a basement finish starts between $55 and $65 / sq foot depending on layout and finishes.

On more than one occasion our company has had to tear out another company’s brand new work because they did not do the necessary steps for installation. At Rippy Works LLC every custom shower is water tested in accordance with building codes to ensure there are no leaks or issues with our beautiful tile work. Rippy Works LLC. is a fully licensed and insured general contracting business. We take care of all necessary permits and applications as well as making sure your needs are taken care of. We are a small business which means that when you call or text, you will be speaking directly with the owner and won’t have to worry about being transferred from person to person to find the answers to the many questions you may have regarding your project. Most calls or texts will be answered within the hour of receiving them during regular business hours and often on Saturdays as well.

When our company was created in 2016 it was done so with the customer in mind. As a customer you most likely don’t have all the information needed to make an informed decision on what company to use for your projects or whether the price given is a good or bad price for the work that is required. Our mission is to give you as much information as you need so you can make the most informed decision. We do not have a sales team, we are not here to sell you on a product, we are here to provide exceptional service at a reasonable price.
